I have been hoping to see a Hawker Typhoon flying some day now at least it will happen, great. My only problem is that by 2014 I shall be 96 years old , so it gives me something to aim for.
Best of luck with the restoration.

To me this project is the replacment to the sadly grounded spirt of Great Britain Vulcan. When finished RB396 will be the only one of its kind and a very special plane. Being a member helps support the project and you do find out infomation early like the new engine and will get to go to events only for members. Keep up the good work guys and girls.

Fantastic & fascinating project, so glad to have been a member from the near beginning. The information sent out to members is very informative and very in depth. To see this project come to fruition is worth every penny. I highly recommend you join and be a part of this amazing project.

This is a fantastic project. My father Fl/Lt David Greville-Heygate DFC flew Typhoons with No. 168 Squadron over the skies of Holland and Germany in December 1945. I can’t wait to see one flying over Goodwood!. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic Project, My late father Alex Henry Rowley flew Hurricanes & Typhoons with 174, 184 and 164 Squadrons, was a member of the Guinea Pig Club, and crash landed Typhoon JR446 July 44 near Caen attacking 21st Panzers. It is a great shame that the majority of pilots that flew this great plane will sadly not be around to see one take to the skies again.
