2018 Airshow Calendar

AIRSHOW CALENDAR

2017 saw our first year of Airshows following the public launch of the project in October 2016. It required a huge amount of background work to prepare for these event, which included the design and print of the stand, completion of relevant paperwork and then organising support from within the members to lend a hand on the days.

2017 was a huge success, many thousands of people saw the project for the first time and more people saw our engine at the 4 shows we brought it along to than have seen it in the last 70 years. The trustees and dedicated members are pleased to announce our planned airshow attendance (subject to change if circumstances change), the first is Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th of April at the Auster 80th Anniversary Fly-in.

As always, if you are a member of the supporter’s club and you wish to get involved in the shows, for a single day or the whole show, then we would be pleased to hear from you. Please send an e-mail in the first place to [email protected], our attendance at these important events depends on the support we have from our members.

We will have special appearances at the Airshows marked with’*’, RB will be on display with a larger footprint on the day.
