Due to the restrictions quite rightly applied by the UK government, the project has had to take the difficult decision to ensure the shop staff stay at home. During this time, no webshop orders can be processed. However, if you are able to wait for delivery, then we ask that you continue to place your orders, safe in the knowledge that as soon as the restrictions are lifted or relaxed, and it is safe to do so, the shop team will begin to process and dispatch them. At this time, nobody knows when that will be, but it will be continually reviewed, along with government guidance and restrictions. As a charity, tasked with raising the £5m required to rebuild RB396, the webshop is the lifeblood of that fundraising. Please continue to support that, so that RB396 can continue to be rebuilt. This applies to all orders placed since 20th March 2020.
Membership applications to join the Supporters’ Club, the best way to support the work of the project, can still be processed from home, by the shop team. You will not receive your physical membership pack until after the restrictions are lifted or relaxed, however you will receive the membership newsletter and bulletins, which is one of the main reasons for joining.
