TriGuard Security Sponsors Hawker Typhoon Preservation Group

The Hawker Typhoon Preservation Group (HTPG) is delighted to announce the recruitment of a new corporate sponsor, TriGuard Ltd. TriGuard is a leading private security company renowned for its commitment to safeguarding vulnerable people. Here at the HTPG, we are committed to memorializing everyone involved with the iconic Hawker Typhoon during World War II through displaying RB396 in the skies. TriGuard is thrilled to join our restoration journey, as our philosophy aligns well with their corporate principles.

“We are excited to support the restoration of this iconic aircraft,” said Richard Stevens, Managing Director of TriGuard. “The military’s commitment to securing freedoms and protecting communities resonates strongly with our values in the private security industry. The restoration of Hawker Typhoon RB396 will pay tribute to the courageous men and women who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today. We are proud to play a small part in bringing it back to life.”

The team at TriGuard is eager to visit the project as it develops and witness the restoration first-hand, while also engaging in additional fundraising and volunteer activities to support our efforts.

In addition to supporting our project, TriGuard is dedicated to giving back to the community through a variety of charitable initiatives. The company works with numerous organisations, including supported housing associations, hostels, and charities, to provide essential services for vulnerable individuals. TriGuard’s charitable activities include sponsoring community hubs where people in need can access meals, mobile phones, medical and dental treatments, and clothing donations. The company also contributes home starter packs, wheelchairs, Christmas gifts for children, Easter donations, sleeping bags for the homeless, along with its longstanding ‘Save A Life’ campaign, through which TriGuard delivers free overdose prevention training and more, ensuring those in need have access to the care, support, and resources necessary to build a better future.

“Our work in the private security sector goes beyond securing physical sites; it’s about safeguarding lives and helping to build stronger, more resilient communities,” continued Richard Stevens. “Whether we’re providing security for supported housing associations, commercial properties, supporting charities, or engaging in projects like the restoration of the Hawker Typhoon, TriGuard’s mission is rooted in protecting and empowering others.”

It is great to have TriGuard onboard and it demonstrates that it’s not just aviation-related companies who can appreciate the value of the project. Corporate sponsorship comes with a range of benefits including, but not limited to: logos and promotional content on the website and social media; first option on event sponsorship; and private visits to the rebuild for their team. We know all companies are different and therefore are always open to other ideas that may work for them. Get in touch if you would like your company to join TriGuard and our other corporate sponsors on the exciting journey ahead.

Of course, it is not just corporate sponsors who gain benefits! Supporters at all levels receive an exclusive e-newsletter, discounts on merchandise and invitations to exclusive events. Ultimately, RB396 will take to the sky because of everyone who has contributed to the project; whether that be through being a supporter at any level, having made a donation or through buying merchandise. If you have done any of these, thank you! If not, why not head over to our shop and take a look.
